Condensed Distiller Solubles

Condensed Distillers Solubles (CDS) is a valuable, energy-rich co-product of our ethanol production process, offering highly digestible nutrients for livestock feed. Rich in proteins, fats, and essential minerals, CDS enhances feed palatability and nutritional value when blended with Distillers Grains. CDS displaces use of conventional animal feed components (e.g. corn, soybean meal and urea), helping decarbonize the animal feed industry and lowering the Carbon Intensity (CI).

Wet Distillers Grains

Wet Distillers Grains (WDG) are produced as a co-product of our ethanol process, where unfermented grain proteins, fibers, fats, are mechanically separated and concentrated to a nutrient-dense, moisture-rich, and high-protein feed ingredient for cattle, poultry, and swine. WDG can be blended with Distillers Condensed Solubles to produce Wet Distillers Grains with Solubles (WDGS). WDG and WDGS displace use of conventional animal feed components, supporting a lower-emission, more sustainable animal feed supply chain and lowering the Carbon Intensity (CI) score of our ethanol.

Dry Distillers Dried Solubles

Dry Distillers Dried with Solubles (DDGS) are a high-quality, protein-rich co-product of our ethanol production process created when Wet Distillers Grains are dried to increase shelf life and decrease transportation costs. DDG can be blended with Distillers Condensed Solubles to produce Dry Distillers Grains with Solubles (DDGS).  Like WDG/WDGS, DDG and DDGS displace use of conventional animal feed components, enhancing feed efficiency, supporting a more sustainable agricultural industry, and lowering the Carbon Intensity (CI).
